Choosing the right pod strength
- 18mg (1.8%): the lightest option.
- 3% (30mg): medium-strong.
- 5% (50mg): very strong. Experienced adult smokers only.
If you’re not sure, start lower and ask us. If you don’t smoke, don’t start.
How to use it
- Charge the device on its magnetic dock until it’s ready. A light shows the charge status.
- Snap a fresh pod into the top of the device.
- Use it as normal.
- When the pod is empty or the flavour fades, swap it for a new one.
- Don’t refill the pods or open the device.
Battery and charging
The original JUUL has a small battery of about 200mAh, so it needs charging regularly, depending on how often you use it. Charge it only with the dock that fits it, and don’t leave it charging unattended or overnight.
Storage and care
Keep the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sun. Never leave it in a hot car in the UAE summer, because heat can damage the battery and cause pods to leak. Keep it away from children and pets. When it’s no longer working, dispose of it responsibly, because it contains a lithium battery.
